Please be advised that we have our Winery Dogs (Doc, although he is semi-retired and our newest addition, Ziggy) in the shop at all times and do NOT allow other animals in unless they are a CERTIFIED SERVICE animal with proper attire and manners.

Bryon Gil
A Military Veteran (Navy & Army), Bryon has developed his love of wine over the last 12 years, turning that love into unique and tasteful blends here at White Mountain Winery. Bryon brings with him a love of cooking, the outdoors, animals and his Harley.
Bryon and Ali have been married for 20+ years and are still going strong working together on their love of the Winery.
Ali Gil
Ali, an avid animal lover, has developed her love for wine into the ability to share that joy with others. She likes to create new and exciting blends as well as developing relationships with other businesses to bring you something unique. Ali loves the outdoors and gardening.
Ziggy Star Dawg
Ziggy, the newest addition to the family, came to Bryon and Ali at the young age of 8 weeks, weighing only 2.5 lbs. He is now over 6 lbs and just about at 6 months old. He loves to travel with his mom and dad on new adventures almost daily. He's still getting use to our guests in the shop, so he does hid out a bit still.

Doc
Doc, 50/50 black lab and pittie, came to Bryon and Ali as a rescue at the age of 1. Doc just turned 14 this year and with a lot deaf and a little blind, he still makes an appearance at the Winery, not just everyday. He still loves the attention that our guests give him, especially the treats.

About Us
What Sets Us Apart
We began our journey as customers, coming into the winery for our weekly fix of amazing wine. After a few months of coming in and our pallets growing, we became friends with the previous owner. She explained to us that she was at the point of getting out of the business and wondered if we would be interested in learning how to make wine. We worked with her and her partner for several months and learned how to create a fantastic product.
She offered us the chance to purchase her equipment and we could not resist. The only thing that we did differently was change the name and continue to improve how we made the wine. We now make a superior product of which we are very proud.
Within our first year of business we had to expand by adding more production areas, tables, carboys, and fermenting containers. Then we had to add storage for red wine in order to keep up with the growing demand. We are now in our Tenth year of business and just got done expanding our kitchen and adding eight tanks. Keep up with us on Facebook and Instagram.
